Be careful when contract expires
We were very happy with service and price during the duration of our 1 yr. contract. However, when I called to renew, they quoted a price 49% higher than I'm now paying! They still are offering the lower price for your first year. So, be careful the year 1 price is come-on to get you in the door.

Awful renewal experience
I could not get a new plan price that wasn't 3 times what I had previously paid. They forced me to change providers. Also they gave an incorrect date on the notice, so I paid much more of that higher price on the transition. I should have gone and found the original paper work instead of trusting them. They basically got their early termination fee out of me in the disguise of a much higher energy rate.
