Your Privacy:

By using MDEnergyRatings.com, including any if it's branded sister websites, you agree to the terms and conditions of the User Agreement, including this Privacy Policy, and you consent to MDEnergyRatings.com‘s privacy practices. This includes the use and disclosure of any personal information you have shared with us and its transfer to and storage on our servers in the United States.


Collection:
You can browse MDEnergyRatings.com without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Certain features and services on MDEnergyRatings.com require that you register and supply some information that allows us to identify you. E-mail Communications
Choice/Opt-Out. At any time, you have the ability to opt out of receiving marketing communications from MDEnergyRatings.com, but you may not opt out of administrative emails (for example, emails about your transactions or policy changes) while you are a member of MDEnergyRatings.com. You can opt out by either changing your e-mail preferences or using the link provided at the bottom of each email message.

Email Tools

We may change this policy from time to time, and we will post the amended terms on MDEnergyRatings.com. All amended terms will take effect immediately for new users, and 30 days after they are posted for existing users.

Communication and Marketing
By opting into any Electricity Ratings, LLC text program, you expressly consent to receive text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system, by or on behalf of Inspire Electricity Ratings, LLC and our affiliates, at the phone number you provide. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any products or services.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP". We will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this message, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to start receiving SMS messages again, reply "START" to any of our messages or contact our Customer Service Team at customersupport@texaselectricityratings.com or call us on (866) 303-9147 to be resubscribed.
