Over the future years they will provide a lower cost per KWH's than the electric company did, meaning that I will lower my electric bill even more. We were very happy with service and price during the duration of our 1 yr. contract. However, when I called to renew, they quoted a price 49% higher than I'm now paying! They still are offering the lower price for your first year. So, be careful the year 1 price is come-on to get you in the door.

This man is dedicated to his job and helping out his customers. I hate to say it but I was that customer calling at the last minute before they closed, and he was the last service rep there till past closing time helping me out.

He got me a great renewal rate, locked me in for 6 months, reviewed my previous bill, was very informative, did everything very quickly... and the entire time was incredible.
