A man pitched me in sams club and I signed up to get my energy supply from Just Energy, he was super nice and was very knowledgeable, and it saved me on my bill while giving me gift cards! I would get a membership to Sams just for the electric!

I just wanted to say, we have your service and we're happy but on Neighborhood app, people are submitting complaints they think the kids your company uses door to door to get families to switch their service providers, they think they are a scam,. Asking for our BGE bills and such. Maybe your should go into tv and tell our neighbors that those kids knocking on our doors happen to work for you and that what they are doing is legit. I know because that is how we switched from Constellation to Direct Energy.

I choose NRG because they had the best rate. I only chose a 3 month plan and even though it started in Jan they are saying Im month to month now. Still the rate is cheaper so I guess Ill stay month to month. I wish providers would offer competitive rates to keep current users, but it seems nobody does.

I had signed up to get my electricity and natural gas supplies from CleanSky Energy for two properties four months ago. Somehow only the electricity accounts had been set up and nothing had been done for the gas accounts. Today, Jennifer, a supervising customer care staff member at CleanSky Energy, corrected the problem with the gas accounts and enrolled me for both properties. She will also arrange for me to get reimbursed for the extra money I have been paying to Washington Gas as a result of the earlier enrollment problem and a higher rate being used in my gas bills. Jennifer has assured me that she will personally monitor the situation to make sure today's enrollments go through and I will get reimbursed after I submit my gas bills so that they can compute how much should be credited back to my account. I am pleased with the service I received from Jennifer and her professionalism.
