When our old supplemental provider substantially increased rates (our primary provider is the outstanding community solar organization Neighborhood Sun), we shopped for renewable energy providers and found Green Mountain. Very pleased with ease of shopping on BGE site and transition to Green Mountain.

My hot water heater was leaking and 21 yrs old. Mary Ellen was very helpful with financial info. Kyle Baxley and Jared Dotson came the same day and in no time a new unit was professionally installed with no mess and the old unit was removed. They were careful to cover their shoes and cleaned up anything they used. I sincerely appreciate the efforts of all involved to get my new hot water heater installed the same day I called.

I've just signed on to Constellation, so can't really give an honest opinion as yet.

I would like to know why I'm still with IGS and Center Point Energy hasn't switched from IGS to Constellation?

I have had only good experiences to this point. I signed up with Symmetry appx.
2 and 1/2 months ago. Lets keep it going.
