WGL Energy Services -- Profile Analysis

My current energy supplier Delmarva Power informed me in the first week of April that my services have been transferred to WGL Energy as I have enrolled with them!!! I had never even heard of WGL services and had never consented to be enrolled with them. I have absolutely no idea how they would have changed the supplier on my account without my consent, prior approval, or knowledge? I called Delmarva Power and disputed the transfer. On their advice I called WLG services and told them that I have never enrolled with them. Today I received a letter from WGL Energy stating that cancellation charges may apply and the same would be included in the next bill and if I have any questions, I should speak to their Customer Advocates. This is ABSURD!!!!!!
