I'd give them a zero star's
I was so excited to find a company that worked for me to get the deposit down. Now I think I would have paid the full amount x over! Me and my kids have been in our new place without power for 4days and still TXU tells me I have to wait 24-48 hrs more for power! I was put on hold for 2 hrs because I would stopped calling and asking what the problem is and how do we speed it along. And then the last person said to me that he was going to help but now he isn't because I was upset that I was told differently when I sind up for this service. -hott&bothered San Angelo TX from San Angelo TX

Great Customer Service Reps.
I have had many problems trying to pay my bill on time due to work and health issues. These Representatives on the phone have gone above and beyond to do what they could to help me. I cant explain here. They have helped me get the bill taken care of when other companys would have just said, pay or go without. I really appreciate there help. Don't expect to pay your bill on time

Every month my due date is different. When we first signed up, our bill was due on the 21st of the month. The next month, I saw I was late since now it was due on the 18th. I changed on my calendar to reflect the new due date. Again this month, I'm past due because my due date has changed again! You can NEVER get an actual DUE DATE! Expect to be late on every payment. No doubt this is to force you to allow them into your bank account via monthly debit! Very unethical in my opinion
