Five stars to Cirro Energy for Excellent Customer Service! I signed up for a flat rate electricity plan and it is unbelievably Great! From day one to the present I have been treated honestly, with care and concern by this company. My rate is as advertised and autopay is as agreed. Always Good Customer Service
Everything I talk to these people they are courteous, professional, attentive,, and the list goes on. I have Never experienced a rude individual. Even during the freeze when I know they had to be frustrated.... They just listen then respond. I have not once had to follow up on something they told me they would do. NOT ONCE!!! Do you know how rare this today. Most companies drill customer service about how fast t
you are to get them off the phone. If Cirro has this issue they do a great job of keeping it under wraps. I have never felt rushed or as if the CSR do not care. They are extremely thorough with their jobs for the most part. I love great customer service....

Lying has become a normal practice

I have been with Cirro for years now. When I first begun with Cirro the order rep told me something untrue. Cirro went back through the recorded conversations and found that the rep had indeed said what I told them she said. They honored what I was told. This time when I call to renew the rates were substantially higher I was told that I could go on Cirro's website and if at anytime during the contract I found a lower rate I could call and get that rate. Today I found a lower rate. I called to sign up for the lower rate and was told it was for new customers only. I needed to sign in to my account to see if there was a rate I could change to. I told them that was not what I was told. I asked them to listen to the conversation as they had before. They refused. You have a 5 yr contract they said and I have other people I need to talk to. Apparently lying has become excepted business practice for Cirro. I would love to be rid of them

Not willing to work with you

Dont anticipate cooperation from them. I was a loyal customer for three years, always paying my bills promptly. However, due to a barrage of emails indicating that my contract was nearing its end, I unintentionally switched providers a bit too soon. Despite my polite attempts to communicate with them, they declined to waive the early transfer fee or offer any form of compromise.
Interestingly, they mentioned that if I were to return, they could dismiss the fee. But, this would result in a penalty from my current provider. In the end they get $200 for nothing but lose a customer for life.
